BERMUDA BASIL BLUSH
Fresh basil and pink grapefruit lend subtle herbal notes and bright citrus zing to this blushing beauty.
INGREDIENTS

50 ml Pink House or White Roof Gin

25 ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

2 or 3 basil leaves
-
1 dash angostura bitters (or grapefruit bitters)

Light tonic water or soda water
STEPS TO MAKE IT

Thinly slice 1 or 2 basil leaves and muddle in bottom of a tall glass

Add ice, gin, grapefruit juice and 1 dash of bitters

Stir gently to blend and top up with tonic or soda water
-
Garnish with fresh grapefruit wedge and extra basil leaves
