GIN GIN MULE
A twist on the classic mule this recipe is a perfect year round serve and a great match for the cinnamon and lemon botanicals that feature in our White Roof gin. Warming spices, zesty citrus and cooling mint – what’s not to love?
INGREDIENTS

50 ml White Roof Gin

20 ml fresh squeezed lime juice

20 ml simple syrup
-
Ginger beer of choice
-
3 or 4 Fresh mint leaves
STEPS TO MAKE IT

Muddle 2 mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of cocktail shaker.

Add gin, lime juice and ice, shake well to blend.

Pour into an ice-filled copper mug or glass mason jar and top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
